As one of my best sellers, this home-made spice blend is great on 
chicken, pork, fish, and grilled or roasted vegetables.   
Use it as a rub or in classic tandoor dishes.

Cumin, Coriander, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, garlic, cayenne, 
turmeric, and kosher salt.
